After the client has submitted the filed commission template provided, wait for the artist's response within 48 hours.

Once accepted, at least 50% downpayment of the chosen rate must be settled and processed before starting the project. NOTE that Paypal takes 2-5 days to process payments.

The artist shall report progress to get feedback from the client.

Once the order is done, the remaining balance must be processed before the artist sends the order via email or DMs.

If the client is dissatisfied with the final output, alteration may be done once.

The downpayment is NON-REFUNDABLE once the artist is in the coloring stage.

If the client requested to cancel the order while under the lineart process, only 50% of the downpayment is refundable.

The order/s are rendered in 300dpi, with an estimated completion time of 2-4 weeks at least.

The artist has the right to use the artwork/s of their own free will (for instance, portfolio purposes)

The artist has the right to not accept requests.

The client is prohibited to use the artwork/s commercially.
